Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days from dispatch.
Orders received by 11.30am (Perth time, AWST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 11.30am are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or Western Australian public holiday are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods.
A valid street address, suburb, state, postcode and phone number must be included at checkout to ensure the quick arrival of your item(s). The Terry Australia will not be held responsible for any missing or incorrect information supplied by the Customer, and the Customer will be charged the cost of re-delivery.

Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love your Terry.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return or exchange, simply visit our Start a Return + Exchange page, locate your order and submit your request.
Once we've received your request, we'll email you with the next steps, including return instructions if your request is eligible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Unless your item is faulty or we have sent you the incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method and send you a confirmation email.
Please allow 2–3 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
Bundles
Bundle savings are based on the number of full-price hats in your bundle (save $10 on 2, $20 on 3, $30 on 4). Adult and kids bundles are treated separately.
Exchanges: You're welcome to exchange any hat in a bundle for a different size or colour, subject to availability. The bundle price stays the same.
Returns: If you return part of a bundle, the hats you keep are re-priced at the bundle saving for that number of hats (or full price if you keep one), and the difference is deducted from your refund.
Example: you buy 4 adult hats for $130 and return one. The 3 you keep are re-priced at 3 for $100, so your refund is $30.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Embroidered Orders
As each embroidered Terry is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once embroidery has commenced.
If your embroidered item is faulty or does not match your approved artwork, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Your Rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
