Return/Exchange Policy
LODGE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Our Return/Exchange Guidelines:
As long as:
- It is within 30 Days from the Date of your Invoice.
- The Original Tags MUST be attached to your item/s.
- Your Product is not Washed or Worn.
- Your Item is not a Sale Item, as they are NON-refundable, only available for Exchange.
If your Order is returned and it does not meet the above guidelines, we will NOT issue a Refund.
*Original Postage will NOT be refunded.
YOU, the Customer, are responsible for the Return Postage, NOT The Terry Australia. Returns will NOT be accepted if you "Return to Sender" and you will be charged an additional Re-Postage Fee if this occurs.

Exchanges
You may Exchange your Item. Please note: this is a 30 Day window from the date of your Invoice.
You will be sent an Invoice for the Return Shipping of $9.95 Flat Rate upon dispatch or if you wish it to be Express $13.00.
Sale Items
Please choose carefully, as Sale Items are non-refundable, however, you may Exchange.
Shipping Costs
Original Shipping Cost is non-refundable. Shipping Costs for your Return for Refund, is by you, the Customer and NOT The Terry Australia.
Refund Process
Once your Return has been received, you will be refunded by the Payment Method of the Original Order and notified by Email. All Refunds take 2-3 Business Days to be processed.
Embroidery Orders
Once an Embroidery order has been fullfilled, we are unable to offer a refund. Once approved, your order is considered fullfilled.
