Don't love your Terry?  No problem!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we have a 30 day money back, no questions asked refund policy.

Please email us at sales@theterryaustralia.com and advise us that you would like to return or exchange your Order.  Include your order number and in the case of exchanges what hat you would like instead of the one you purchased.

Conditions of Returns and Exchanges:

  • Return the item within 30 Days. 
  • Return the item in original condition and packaging.
  • Items must not have been washed or worn and the original tags must be attached. 

If your returned item does not meet the above guidelines a refund will not be issued.

The cost of sending back the item is yours and shipping costs are non-refundable.

No returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items.

Refund Process

Once your Return has been received, you will be refunded by the Payment Method of the Original Order and notified by Email. All Refunds take 2-3 Business Days to be processed.

Embroidery Orders

Once an Embroidery order has been fullfilled, we are unable to offer a refund. Once approved, your order is considered fullfilled.
